Wednesday Wins

This week (and every week!), we are so thankful for Sidekick's amazing speech, occupational, and physical therapists and all of the superhero clients that we serve. Read on to see some of the wins our speech team is grateful for this Wednesday:

"One of my clients (4-year-old) started to generalize her sounds at conversation level! When she first first came to the clinic 6 months ago she was not stimulable for two of her sounds!! She has worked so hard the last several months and I’m so proud of her!"

"Recently, I started with a new client who had limited language and was not talking much at all. Within our first 2 sessions, he now produces about 10-15 words (e.g., go, more, open, help, cow, pig, up). This kiddo caught on sooo fast and made Mom emotional when hearing his first words! Moments like this remind me why I do what I do and make this profession so rewarding!"
